Weight Loss Wednesday -- No More Excuses


We all make excuses for why we can't lose weight. Many times, our excuses are valid, and sometimes they are about as ridiculous as the woman's in the cartoon above!

But I've decided -- No More Excuses! I am going to lose this extra weight!

So far, so good -- I lost 3 more pounds this week! :)

Congrats on the weight loss. And I think I'm right in saying you lost some last week. Way to go! Just wish I could join you. I just want to lose 1 kilo a month - how hard is that? Very hard at the moment. But perhaps with the warmer weather approaching ... Keep up the good work!

Awesome post and so very true. Congratulations on losing three pounds, that's weightlosstastic!

I lost one pound last week but it wasn't due to exercising or eating right, I've been feeling sickly lately.

Horrray for you! I'm where you are...I'm done with the excuses. When I fail, it's just that...I failed and need to ask forgiveness from God and ask Him to give me the strength to claim the victory that He has provided. I pray I will have better weightloss news to share next week.

I've had a good week. Keeping with my program. I've just maintained, but I'm happy with that :)
