Proof that 50 is the New 30!

For the past couple of years (ever since a significant birthday), my husband has been trying to persuade me that 50 is the new 30! Well, now I have proof!! I videotaped him this morning giving Joe one of his private, invitation-only, Friday morning Pep Rallies!!!!

Let me warn you -- take whatever precautions you need to take before you push "Play" -- because this is Hilarious!~ It can be dangerous to laugh So Hard!

Now, to fully appreciate this, you have to understand that my husband is a very quit, mild-mannered, serious type of guy. He is highly respected, and many people find it difficult to call him by his first name! So, this is a new side of his personality not often seen by the average Joe! :)

Love it!!
Reminds me of my house in the mornings....usually Burlin is the only one with any energy....but, he doesn't come close to Alan's enthusiasm! If turning 50 gives one that much energy....I'm ready! Of course, since you will reach it before me...I will wait for your opinion!! :)
Hope Sherwood wins after such that great pep rally...has Alan considered being the mascot??
BTW, I would NOT recommend that much energy and volume in my house in the mornings....it could be detrimental to everyone!!! :)

I'm thinking that maybe Alan breathed in too many fumes when he was painting the numbers on the field the night before! Watcha think???

what? My husband was that enthusiastic every day at 50 and almost like that every day at 60. He is now starting to slow down. And the thing is: I am becoming like that at 47 and getting more enthusiastic each day??? So, I agree with Alan. I think that age makes us more secure and we don't mind what others might think of our "enthusiasm"!

This was so funny! It's so funny how guys seem so confident in their teens and twenties, but really get to enjoying life at 50. That's funny! and congrats to your son's team.
