That's how I feel after I exercise too~My body's falling apart and I'm hungry! Too cute.

I have a 2 pound loss to report this week. And that's even after a church dinner! Yay! I'm putting my new favorite snack on today's post.

Unfortunately, I saw the scale move 1 pound in the wrong direction this week. :( Too much cooking, too much eating, too much celebrating, too much sitting around and not fitting in my exercise. All you have to do is look at my blog and see all the pictures of food posted this past week, and you will know why I had an unsuccessful week!

ROFLOL I had hoped to get back to t-tapp this week, but we are suspicious that maybe we have had H1N1 instead of the really bad cold we thought we had. We had fevers for 3-4 days and although the children are better, John and I have horrible coughs. Without the exercise, I have gained back a pound, so I want to jump back in. I am on week 4 of counting with a 5# loss and our goal is 10# in six weeks.
