Weight Loss Wednesday

Not much to report this week. I made no progress on my weight loss. :( I'm afraid I had too many splurges between my boys being home on Fall Break and Matthew's new interest in baking!! :)


The one good thing I can say is I have done a T-Tapp workout or taken a walk most days this week. So, I have been building my exercise habit, and I am happy about that.


For inspiration, I'm going to have to send you here, where you can read about someone who did lose weight this past week and also has a very helpful tip to share.

I know you'll get where you want to be in due time. Getting that exercise in regularly is a HUGE task and a GREAT accomplishment. I'm proud of you for that!

Just "holding steady" is quite an accomplishment with all the cooking and baking at your house!! You can do it! Don't get discouraged because it isn't happening according to your "time table"! Love you! :)

Well, it is Thursday, so my procrastination in posting is more obvious. ;-) I have "successfully" gained back 5 of the 6 pounds that I lost. The amazing thing is I did it without even trying, lol. Prolonged illenss + no t-tapp + travel = 5 pounds. I still have a net loss of 1 pound that I plan on holding on to tenaciously. We will see what next week "holds."
