Soup for Supper

I tried a new soup recipe for supper, which ended up being Super delicious!  It was a recipe for Zuppa Tuscana, which is one of The Olive Garden's menu items. I knew it was a success when my 11-year old son Luke and his friend, Jase liked it!!   Jase, who usually turns up his nose at anything but processed food, asked for a second helping!  Then, my 16-year-old son, Joseph, said it was one of the best soups he has ever eaten!  I lost count after his third bowl full!  :)  If you'd like to give this soup a try, click here for the recipe.

I'm trying to figure out how you find time to blog with so many children. Wow! I'm a homeschool mom of 4 and I'm finding my new-found hobby of blogging rather time-consuming and addicting ... but fun! Maybe you'd have a spare moment to drop by our farm at barnyardblessings.blogspot.com.

I'm going grocery shopping tomorrow and I am getting what I need for this soup. Hubby said it really sounds good. Now l just need to figure out what kale is and I'll be good to go!

I've never bought kale before either! At my store I found it pre-washed and in a bag, like you find baby spinach. I think I'll try the leftover kale in my green smoothies! :)

I'm going to make this now. Hope it turns out. I never did figure out what kale was so I won't use it. Hope it doesn't ruin it!! Maybe I'll just chop up something else green!!
