A Moving Reminder!

I just watched the most powerful, beautiful, and creative commercial I have ever seen after following the link on my friend, Trish's blog.   This is like WOW! when you watch it!!  It was especially meaningful to me, because God used this very instrument to help spare the lives of my entire family back in 2003, when our 15-passenger van rolled in a terrible day-before-Thanksgiving accident!  Watch this incredible reminder now!~

WOW! I hope you don't mind that I linked to this post and also put this commercial on my blog. If that's not okay with you, just say so and I'll take it off. I was just so moved by it! Thanks for sharing it!

That's by far the strangest, and coolest thing I've ever seen. How scary it must have been for you and your family that November day. So, so scary.

That was a beautiful commercial! Our lives, too were spared by the seat belts back in November 2003 when our 15 passenger van veered off the road and went across the road and crashed into a culvert almost flipping 'head over heels'. Were it not for the seatbelts we would have died we are sure of it!

As it was, my dh had the steering wheel emblem imprinted on his chin, varrious bruises and the wheel/engine was were he almost couldn't get out of the van. It crushed my wrist, the seat belt cut my neck and bruised my chest and legs so bad I almost couldn't nurse the new baby. My son broke his L4 and L5 vertebrae in his back and was in Children's for a few days. The other children were slammed into the seats in front of them Even the ones in car seats! And just had bumps on the heads.

God is so merciful and wonderful to us! He decided to spare all our lives. He made the minds that invented the seat belts! Praise be to Him!

Glad you shared this with us.

I hate remembering that traumatic time in your lives, though I know God was in complete control the whole time!
A good reminder... I am constantly having to remind my children to "buckle up"! (apparently, I have Christian education to thank for a lack of compliance in this area ...)
