Marriage Monday: Celebrating Marriage! {Link Up}

I'm still recovering from our Big Wedding Weekend, so I haven't had time to write my Marriage Monday blog post for this week!  I will pick back up with my discussion of Ephesians 5:33 next week, so make sure you come back next Monday!

For today, I welcome you to leave a comment sharing your best advice for the brand new couple!!  What do you wish you knew when your first started off your married life??  What words of wisdom would you like to share with Josh & Kristi??  Please share!

And now, the moment you've all been waiting for -- a sneak peek at our first wedding!  It was a simple, sweet wedding, where Christ was glorified, and Kristi was absolutely Radiant!!

photos courtesy of my Dad!  :)

I'm sure I'll be sharing many more photos in the days ahead!

See the framed photograph on the right in the picture above?  That is Alan and me on our wedding day on May 14th, 1983!  So, that means we are celebrating 29 years of marriage today!!  :)  (Yes, May is a busy month for us!)

Don't forget to share some words of wisdom and as always, you are welcome to link up any marriage-related blog posts.  Don't forget to link back to my blog by copying and pasting the code for my blog button in your post or by simply linking back to my blog.

I linked up a post that may be of help to the newlyweds. It has our plan for settling disagreements without arguments. My husband and I discussed this and developed our plan before we were married and so far it has worked. We've never had an argument.

I look forward to more pictures and details of that exciting event I missed! How exciting for Josh and Kristi, (though it is hard for me to think of Josh now married!)
