Making Every Step Count

The "fantastic five" and I are about to brave the COLD (37 degrees!!) to do a fund raising walk for our local crisis pregnancy center!  I am excited about this opportunity to support a very worthwhile ministry that is actively promoting purity, sharing Christ's love and forgiveness, and saving lives of the unborn in our community! The kids are excited about visiting with their friends from our church while we walk!  :)

I'm all about "killing two birds with one stone," so I plan to make this fundraising walk count as my workout for the day by implementing these walking techniques from fitness expert, Teresa Tapp. We will be walking 2 miles, and I will definitely be focusing on keeping my ribs lifted and my tummy tightened during the walk (which are challenges for me). If you are not familiar with Teresa Tapp  or her T-Tapp workouts, she specializes in helping people find ways to sneak fitness into their busy days! She is best known for her 15-minute workout.

You are walking because you love life, and new life, and you shudder at the thought that a new life would be ended unfairly.

Thank you for walking for those that cannot, and supporting a group that helps mothers to care for their unborn, and to learn to love them as God loves us!
