I confess that I started the summer with the best of intentions to continue with my eating plan that enabled me to drop 15 pounds (more on that in a coming post) and to work out 5 days a week with T-Tapp.  However, that plan was an epic fail!  I basically ate whatever I wanted and didn't do anything but an occasional walk all summer.  :(  Fortunately, I only gained a couple pounds back!

Good Morning, I got my T-Tapp package last week, and started this morning! I wrote down my weight and measurements so I'm excited to see some results! I'm doing 3 days of GM foods followed by 1 day of MM and see what happens. Thank you for putting me on to this "doable" program!
